As an Account Manager you will be supporting the account management for a range of Oomph! Clients across all of the care home products. You’ll be a key point of contact for exec-level clients, these are people with who you will build great relationships.
You will be supporting to produce client reports and participating in virtual and face-to-face meetings as well as chatting to clients on the phone and on email. What feedback are you getting from the clients and from the data you’ve analysed? You will be condensing this for the team and looking at ways to push product improvements and company decisions.
You might be introducing clients to exciting and fun new features across the Oomph! Products or platforms. How are these initiatives going? You’ll be communicating progress to the team at the top! Phew!
