As a Business Development Account Manager you will be reaching out to potential clients to present the Ooomph! Products and services in offer.
With your research head on you’ll be identifying top targets for the business management team and booking in meetings to take possible business leads into new clients!
You’ll be communicating with existing clients to establish what they need and find and offer solutions to keep them happy. When you have some downtime you will be keeping the customer database updated, tracking and documenting sales and calls, and updating client records.
You might even be presenting your sales achievements to the wider team!
