As a Trainee CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist you will work alongside the Rutherford team and Head of Research to develop your data handling and analytics skills to support the firm’s business areas.
You will be managing and cleaning data needed for live searches of clients and candidates - making sure it’s all relevant and up to date.
You could be making a map of different client’s organisations and areas of business allowing you to see where Rutherford can best help.
You might be collecting data to use in content creation for the marketing team. With your thinking cap on you’ll be able to see where data collection can be optimised and how data collection practices might be able to improve.
