As a Trainee Research Consultant, you will work alongside the Rutherford Team and Head of Research to develop your skills to support the firm’s business development activities.

You might be conducting research in areas of Rutherford that are crucial to their development and feeding back your findings.

‍

You’ll help write content that will support lots of different areas of the business. You’ll have a hand in candidate profiling - meaning you will get to look through lots of exciting CV's to see if someone will really be as good for the job as they say they are!

You’ll also help to manage CV's and search for clients for specific roles - matchmaking!‍

What makes a great Rutherford team member?

You’re really interested in recruitment as a career path as well as the tech industry, and you want to learn more as you go along.
You’re great at teamwork and communicating with others both face to face or on the phone/email.
You can boss it in MS Office applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You like writing creative content and you have a good eye for detail.

If you’ve got it flaunt it (if not, Google it!)

If you’ve already got a BA Hons, BSc or NVQ in any subject that’s great. But don’t worry if not, it’s not essential to the role.
