As the Trips out development assistant you will report into the Out & About Operations Management Team.
You will be a key player in maintaining client relationships, developing external partnerships, creating service reports and a range of other related administration tasks that support with getting older adults out and about to enjoy their surroundings.
Day-to-day may vary but you can expect to be involved with tasks such as reaching out to potential transport and destination partners who will support Oomph! In their outings service for older adults, and on-boarding them if they decide to join the Oomph! team.
You’ll be on-boarding new clients so that they are aware of and benefit from all the elements of the Out & About service. You’ll assist with booking outings, and process feedback from outings to ensure that everyone has a positive experience.
You’ll make sure that risk assessments are completed ahead of a visit to a new outdoor location, making sure that the teams know exactly what is what. You’ll also collect and condense feedback from trip conductors, looking at the data and seeing where there can be improvements made to the products on offer.
With your thinking cap on, you’ll also be welcomed to share your own ideas of areas for outings, development of activities and so on.
What makes a great Oomph! Team member?
If you’ve got it, flaunt it (if not, Google it!)
