As a Wellbeing & Partnership Assistant at Oomph! You will work with the Head of Training and provide support with content partnership development. This means helping to create wellbeing plans for older adults and looking at data on content and engagement to see what is working and where fresh ideas could really work.
This role changes with the needs of the people that Oomph! Work with so you will be kept on your toes!
Days will be very varied, you might be reaching out to potential new content partnerships and booking online meetings to discuss and start relationship building. Or you might have your data head on, analysing the impact of the new online service so you can support the direction of the content in the right way.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to be creative as you think of new wellbeing plans for older adults, getting their brain ticking, their bodies moving, and really making them smile.
You’ll be listening to the wellbeing team to document their ideas and communicating feedback and progress to the senior team.
