Responsibilities

  • You’ll gain exposure to all areas of the business where you will learn a multitude of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques including Root Cause Analysis (aka problem solving!) various methods in data analysis and an understanding of Lean methodologies (aka how to optimise people, resources, effort and energy!)
  • You’ll obtain an understanding of the RWC current processes - why we do what we do, and how we make it work
  • You’ll learn how to eliminate manufacturing wastes and improve processes - great for the environment!

Training!

  • Improvement Practitioner Level 4 Qualification Training will take place both at work and at college

Required Experience

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade Grade 4 or above (A-C)
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade Grade 4 or above (A-C)
  • A Level or equivalent in any subject: 3 A Levels (Grade A*- C)
